We understand that things sometimes can go wrong.
At Hippie, we are accredited to comply with critical control assessments, and as such we try to maintain 100% consistency & safety with our brewing.
However, if we fail at this such as a fault or failure in product production, then you are entitled to have your product replaced should they fail our quality minimums. This is done as a 'like kind' replacement, at no additional cost to you.
