We understand that things sometimes can go wrong.

At Hippie, we are accredited to comply with critical control assessments, and as such we try to maintain 100% consistency & safety with our brewing.

However, if we fail at this such as a fault or failure in product production, then you are entitled to have your product replaced should they fail our quality minimums.  This is done as a 'like kind' replacement, at no additional cost to you.

However, we cannot refund if you have a change of mind, whether the product is opened or not.  For more info, you can contact us at team@hippie.com.au and we'll be happy to find a solution that works for you.
