You simply need to start with just picking your favourite range and add the items to your cart and check out using the 'subscribe & save option
Deliveries are on Tuesdays and Fridays. Kombucha is better cold, so leave us out an esky if you're not home, and pop it in the fridge within 6 hours. Log in to make changes or vary your orders, just ensure these are made no later than 24 hours before your delivery day.
Orders will then be repeated every Tuesday or Friday, you can email our team@hippie.au to change your delivery day to Tues or Fri no problems.You have the freedom to pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Cases are delivered freshly from a chiller truck, and maintain 2c all the way from us to you. Please leave out an esky or container for us to place your order(s) and feel free to leave an ice brick or ice, so we can ensure it stays chilled.
Is it bad if it's not chilled for a few hours?
All Hippie Kombucha is freshly brewed that comes to you, therefore we're confident it will remain as fresh as the day we brew it. Although it's not ideal, it's safe to leave out for a short amount of time, just make sure to get it into your fridge as soon as possible. Kombucha is a living drink, this means it can continue to ferment further at ambient temperatures. A rule of thumb, is every 12 hours of ambient temperature can remove up to 1 month's shelf life. Hippie is always best when chilled and fresh. -

Monday 10am for a Tuesday delivery, Thursday 10am for a Friday delivery. If you don't need to change your order on a subscription, your order will be delivered fornightly on the same day.

Yes, you can modify your Brew to You subscription at any time. This includes pausing, changing the product selection, or cancelling your subscription entirely. We will be sad to see you go, but will always be here with open arms if you decide to come back later.

Simply leave your box from last delivery out for us, even if you don't have enough of the bottles, we'll take what you have! We can assure you these will be happily returned into our eco system for re-use. We love our customers for helping us do this, with over 82% of our bottles returned since 2019.
