Non-Alcoholic Kombucha Spritz

None of the alcohol.

A kombucha-fermentation base, layered with real fruit and botanicals and built with the rigour of a true spritz. Under 50 calories a serve, under 4% sugar, and grown-up enough to pour anywhere a drink is expected. Brewed 25 minutes from the city, in the Swan Valley.

The practical stuff first, because that is usually what decides it. Spritz is built to be easy to carry, easy to store and easy to reorder, without taking cold room space you do not have.

Lives in the dry store
Spritz is shelf stable. Stack it in the dry store at room temperature and only chill what you need front of house. No cold room space, no pallet space, no special handling.
Twelve months of runway
12 months ambient, 18 months if you keep it chilled, which is how we prefer it. A slow-moving line will not turn into dead stock while you work out where it sits on the list.
One person, one case
16 × 250ml cans to a case, 4.44 kg. Light enough for one staff member to carry in from the van and put straight on a shelf.
Start with four mixed cases
Minimum order is four cases, and they can all be different. That is enough to put the whole range in front of your customers and find out which two actually sell for you.
Tuesdays and Fridays
We deliver across the Perth metro twice a week. Order Monday, it is in on Tuesday. No third-party freight, no minimum pallet, no waiting on an east coast warehouse.
We will taste your team through it
Nine flavours is a lot to explain to floor staff. We will come to you, pour the range with your team and leave you with the two or three lines that suit your menu.

One
The one who is not drinking
The driver, the guest who is pregnant, the one who is off it this month. Right now you are offering them a soft drink or a lime and soda, and charging accordingly. Spritz gives them something with a proper price on it, in a glass that matches the table.
Two
Lunch, where wine is too much
A dry, bitter, grown-up drink that goes with food and does not end the afternoon. Pink Grapefruit and Yuzu Lemonade cut through anything fried; Cloudy Ginger holds up against spice.
Three
The five o'clock spritz
Blood Orange and Rosie read as an aperitif, not a substitute. Serve them the way you would serve the real thing, in the right glass with the right garnish, and nobody at the table is drinking something that looks like a consolation prize.

Each Spritz starts the same way, with a clean kombucha ferment for structure and balance, then takes on real fruit and botanicals for depth and finish. Every flavour below carries its tasting note, a serve suggestion and the full nutrition panel, so your floor staff can answer anything they get asked.
