Spritz is built on a kombucha fermentation base, then layered with real ingredients and deliberate brew design. Each flavour is developed with the rigour of a true spritz, fermentation for structure and balance, whole fruit and botanicals for depth and finish. A non-alcoholic drink that feels considered, satisfying, and entirely grown-up.

Our core kombucha range is built on balance. Each flavour starts with a clean fermentation base, then is layered with real ingredients and deliberate brew design. Pét-nat in style, sparkle from fermentation alone, never added gas. Designed to feel fresh, grown-up, and genuinely satisfying.
Core Kombucha · 750ml
The same core kombucha, presented at the table. A clear glass 750ml sharing format poured by the bottle, where the natural colour and character of each ferment comes alive. Ideal for restaurant tables, considered beverage lists and the non-drinking guest who wants real presence.
The Keg Range
The same ferment, now on tap. A draught range built for food service, naturally fermented, low in sugar and made to pour. Twenty litres of live, balanced kombucha per keg, served tall over ice in seconds. No premix, no syrup, no added gas, with the structure of a real ferment behind it.
